Omega Seamaster De Ville 135.020 from 1964 with 18k solid gold case, silver dial and cal. 600 movement.

Offered here is a beautiful and highly elegant Omega Seamaster De Ville Ref. 135.020, dating to 1964 and presented in exceptional and original condition.

The watch features a 34.5 mm 18K solid gold case that remains unpolished, preserving its sharp lines, crisp edges, and original character. Its stunning silver sunburst dial is a true highlight: untouched and in near-mint condition, with applied gold hour markers and classic gold pencil hands featuring black onyx inlays. Free from lume, the dial offers a clean, sophisticated aesthetic that perfectly embodies the understated elegance of the era.

Protecting the dial is the original Omega-signed acrylic crystal, which remains fitted to the watch and shows visible signs of wear consistent with age.

Powering the watch is the reliable Omega Calibre 600 hand-wound movement. The movement has been fully inspected and checked by our watchmaker and is running excellently.

Introduced in 1963, the Seamaster De Ville represented an important step in Omega’s evolution. It combined the robust monocoque case construction of the Seamaster offering enhanced water resistance with the slimmer, more refined styling that would later define the De Ville collection. Thanks to Norman Morris, Omega’s influential U.S. distributor, both names appeared together on the dial, creating one of the brand’s most iconic and collectible vintage dress watches.

The watch is paired with a new 18 mm black leather strap with an orignal gold-plated buckle, comes with 6 months warranty, our warranty certificate and a leather watch pouch.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us we are happy to help you!

We thoroughly inspect every watch before offering it through our store and, when necessary, ensure that it is fully serviced. However, sometimes defects arise and therefore we offer a 6-month warranty on each watch purchased. This warranty covers solely mechanical defects (related to the movement) and excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.

Excluded from the warranty are, among other, the waterproofness of the watch, as well as breaking/loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and pushers and such, and the strap/bracelet. Also excluded is damage caused by falling/bumping of the watch or through the presence of dirt or moisture in the watch.
