Omega Constellation ref. 168.0056 from 1973, a distinctive example of Omega’s design direction during the mid-1970s. This model was produced for the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) and reflects both technical quality and refined aesthetics from a period of experimentation.
The watch features a silver-grey JDM dial with a vertical brushed finish, giving it a subtle yet dynamic appearance as it catches the light. The dial is in great condition, with well-preserved markers and a clean overall look.
The 35mm stainless steel C-shape case sits comfortably on the wrist and showcases the characteristic integrated design language Omega explored during this era. A screw-down caseback protects the automatic Omega caliber 1011 movement inside. This movement features a quick-set date function and runs and functions very well.
In the mid-1970s, Omega entered a period of reinvention during the so-called Quartz Crisis. Even the flagship Constellation line underwent significant changes as Omega introduced models with quartz, tuning fork, and mechanical movements. New shapes and styles were explored in an effort to recapture the success of the 1950s and 1960s.
During this time, Omega also released special models specifically for the Japanese market. We thoroughly inspect every watch before offering it through our store and, when necessary, ensure that it is fully serviced. However, sometimes defects arise and therefore we offer a 6-month warranty on each watch purchased. This warranty covers solely mechanical defects (related to the movement) and excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
Excluded from the warranty are, among other, the waterproofness of the watch, as well as breaking/loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and pushers and such, and the strap/bracelet. Also excluded is damage caused by falling/bumping of the watch or through the presence of dirt or moisture in the watch.

in short, we’re not that difficult when it comes to returns and exchanges. We firmly stand behind our products and do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
