Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso ref. 250.5.86 from 1990s with 23x38mm 18k gold/steel case and manual-wind cal. 846 movement.

Description

In 1930, Jaeger-LeCoultre was challenged to create a wristwatch capable of withstanding the intensity of polo matches played by British army officers in colonial India. The result was not only a robust solution to protect the watch from mallet strikes, but also the birth of one of the most iconic and elegant designs in horological history: the Reverso.

This beautiful example, dating from the 1990s, perfectly embodies that legacy. Crafted from a sophisticated combination of 18k yellow gold and stainless steel, the rectangular case measures 23 x 38.5 mm, offering a refined and timeless wrist presence.

At its heart beats the manually wound Jaeger-LeCoultre Caliber 846/1. The movement has been fully inspected by our watchmaker and is running excellently, with an impressive amplitude of 325 and an accuracy of approximately -1 second per 24 hours.

Beneath the sapphire crystal lies a classic two-tone dial in silver and white, complemented by elegant blued steel sword hands, enhancing its understated yet distinctive character.

The watch is offered with a 6-month mechanical warranty, our warranty certificate, and a leather watch pouch.

A true classic that seamlessly blends heritage, functionality, and enduring style.
